We come to you with our pizza truck, set up on-site at an appropriate place (we don’t need much space), start the ovens, then prepare and bake the pizzas.
NB: catering quickly to large crowds is not a problem — we can make up to 120 pizzas per hour!
Next, we slice up the pizzas served on wooden cutting boards. Then, our friendly, impeccably dressed and professional waiters will mingle through the crowd, offering various pizzas to suit every palate. They also provide your guests with serviettes, so there are no sticky fingers!
Of course, you control when the pizzas are served and we happily serve pizzas before and after speeches — whenever the time is right.

How to make a booking
- Please fill in and send the details on our enquiry page
- We will email you a quote (followed up via SMS), including information about our service.
- If you are happy with your quote, you make a 20% deposit.
- We’ll contact you one week before the event to confirm the numbers and check all the details.
- You pay the balance of the fee no later than 2 days before the event.
Terms & Conditions
- The quoted price includes everything on our catering menu — entree, main and dessert pizza, and waitperson service. No hidden costs!
- The 20% deposit, due within seven days of receipt of the official quote, is non-refundable.
- Your catering booking may be cancelled or delayed if your final payment is not received.

Our Perth-based pizza catering service can service as many as 500 guests. And speed is not a problem, as we can produce up to 120 pizzas per hour.
Yes. We’ll provide a variety of pizzas for your wedding or engagement party. Rest assured, there will be something to please every pallet — even pizzas for the kids. Plus, we are always happy to cater to dietary/allergy requirements, such as gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

At Base Woodfired Pizza, we cater to almost all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. We also provide pizzas for the little ones.
Yes, we can travel to your event outside the Perth metro area, particularly if your wedding is in the hills, the Swan Valley — or even down south. Please speak to us for more information about your planned location. (We’ve been known to travel even further afield!)
Yes, we will provide you with two (extremely polite, friendly and well-presented) waiters at your engagement/wedding party who will mingle through the crowd, offering a variety of freshly baked pizzas.
Yes, today, more than ever, pizzas are becoming increasingly popular for weddings. Formal, sit-down weddings with three-course meals can become extremely expensive and time-consuming. Frankly, in today’s economic climate, many people feel their money would be better spent on a house deposit. Another consideration is that not everyone likes what is offered in their three-course meal. Alternatively, everyone loves pizza, which is a terrific, cost-effective alternative.
After the wedding speeches, our waiters will offer your guests free mouthwatering dessert pizzas made of Nutella.
As an average, we suggest approximately one pizza per guest (or a little bit more!)
